Hi, I currently own a couple of condos in Florida and both the units are free and clear (no mortgage). I am a Canadian resident and citizen and am wondering if I can re-finance the condos with TD bank (U.S)and take the equity out. If I can, what is the maximum loan to value allowed and am I able to process the request from Canada? Please provide the necessary steps.
