Thanks for getting in touch with us, Gilles. We're more than happy to help you with resetting your password.
If you currently know both your username and password and you’re looking to change the information, you can do so by clicking on the Customer Service tab once you've logged onto your account online at www.tdbank.com. At this tab, there will be a Self Service portion and in that section, you will see a link to Change Password.
If you're unsure of your current password and don't have a Social Security number, you're always welcome to contact our 24/7 Digital Department at 1-800-493-7562 and a Digital Specialist can assist in resetting this info.
Seeing that you are located in Saint Sauveur and if you are referring to your TD Canada Trust EasyWeb online access, our friends across the border had a great conversation outlining the steps you'd need to take to initiate this request. Take a look here to see what Scott said: http://bit.ly/1uGnUhN. You may also submit new inquiries to both of us if you have any other questions.
