Good afternoon, Lisa.
We're sorry to hear that a transaction may be duplicated on your account. We know how worrisome this can be, and we'll be happy to help.
Here at TD Bank, when a transaction has been processed twice, if the transaction is still currently in a 'Pending' Status, we may be able to remove this transaction from your account. To determine if we're able to assist, we invite you to connect with one of our Banking Specialist. Specialists are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000.
In the event that this transaction has already posted to your account, or if we're unable to assist you with having this transaction removed, we recommend speaking with the merchant directly. Should they be unable to provide you with a refund, please don't worry, as we may still be able to assist by filing a dispute for this transaction on your behalf.
To file a dispute, please know that the transaction can no longer be reflecting a 'Pending', and to request to have a dispute filed, you may either call the number above to speak with one of our Specialist, or you may also visit your nearest TD Store location to speak with a Customer Service Representative, during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We look forward to hearing from you soon, Lisa.
Thanks for stopping by TD Helps, and enjoy your weekend.
