Hi Daniel, we're sorry to hear that your debit card was stolen, and we'll be happy to help.
If you haven't already, we kindly ask that you call us directly at 888-751-9000, where we are available to assist 24/7. If you are unable to call us, you may send us a secure message through online banking. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your mobile banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu.
Lastly, you may also visit us at your local TD Bank Store to close your debit card. Please click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to view our Store locations and hours.
Once your card has been closed, you may request a new card using any of the methods mentioned above.
Please know that we would like to assist you directly; however, as TD Helps is not considered a secured forum, we do not have access to your account or personal information.
We hope to connect with you soon, Daniel. Take care!
Natasha M, Mt. Laurel
