I have a monthly scheduled payment through the Pay Money feature. I need to cancel the scheduled payment all together. How do I do this?

You have the ability cancel recurring and one-time payments in Send Money all the way up to the send date. With recurring payments, you have the option to cancel just one or all future payments.
Start by logging into your Online Banking or Mobile Banking. You can do that by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once logged in select the 'Send Money' tab. In Send Money, click on 'Activity'. From here, you can select the pending payment that you'd like to and click the 'Cancel' button. If it's a recurring payment, you will be asked if you'd like to cancel that payment only or all future payments.
If you do this on the day that the payment is pending, you'll see the recurring payments and the one in process. You'll need cancel the pending payment for that day as well.
