We apologize for any confusion you may be experiencing with Samsung Financing, and while we're always happy to help with any questions or concerns, we'd like to mention that, at this time, Samsung financing is handled by our partner, TD Retail Card Services. While we both share the same TD shield, we apologize as we are different entities, and so that we may better assist you, we'd like to recommend that you connect with TD Retail Card Services directly.
For your convenience, they're here to help Monday through Friday, 9am to 9pm, as well as Saturday from 9am to 5pm, and can be reached by simply dialing 1-800-252-2551.
