The system does not respond when zi click "view" for a specific statement

We're sorry to hear about this, Thomas. We'd be glad to point you in the right direction.
If you're having trouble viewing your statements, you may not be using the most up to date version of Adobe, which is what is required to view your statements in PDF format. To update this, once you're logged in please click on the name of your account, which will be listed in blue. Next, click on the "Statements & Notices" tab, on the next page you'll see a statement that reads "Statements issued on or after April 2010 are available in Adobe PDF format, so you can print, download or save them for your records at any time." When you locate this statement, you may click directly on the words "Adobe PDF" and that will take you to the Adobe webpage to update the service.
If the problem persists, that may mean that your pop-ups are being blocked. The directions on how to turn off your pop-up blocker varies depending on what browser you're using. Typically, you'll find these settings in the "Tools" section of your browser.
