I have contacted TD bank MULTIPLE times trying to close my account. I moved to Georgia - there are no TD Banks here.

Welcome to the TD Helps community, Nikki. We're happy to help you with your account.
As you stated that you do not live near a TD Bank Store location, there are several options you can go about closing your account. Your first option is to contact Customer Service and our Banking Specialists at 1-888-751-9000, available 24/7. You can also send us a secure message via your Online Banking. If you have not enrolled, you can do so for free by following this link: http://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, Social Security number, your email address and your current TD ATM/Debit card. If you run into any problems enrolling or if you do not have a TD ATM/Debit card to enroll online, please call us 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to speak with our Digital Banking Specialists. Once you've successfully enrolled and after you log onto your Online Banking, on the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center. As always, you can also stop by any TD Store for this request.
We are here to help, Nikki. Let us know if you have any other questions.
