We're sorry to hear that you are unable to log in at this time, Ronald. We'd be glad to help.
If you recall your user name, you are able to change your password here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Beneath the password field there is a link entitled "Forgot your password?" When you select this link, you will be asked for your user name and last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. Next you will be asked to answer 2 security questions. After answering the questions, you will be asked to create a new password.
When creating a new password, here are a few tips:
Use a combination of numbers, letters and special characters, but no spaces
Your password should be unique. Memorize it and do not disclose it to anyone else
Avoid using names, dates or numbers tied to your identity (such as birthday, family name, pets, street, etc.)
Use a password that differs from your other banking, email and social media accounts. Change it periodically, ideally every 90 days.
If you continue to have trouble or you're still unable to log in, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting any TD Store. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Ronald and have a good day.
