I have recently opened an account with TD Bank while visiting the US. Currently, I am outside of the US, as I live in Europe.
I tried logging in into TD online banking and tried a password i thought was correct... but as it turned out later, it was not. I entered the incorrect password too many times and now, when I try to enter the account, I get the following error:
"You have exceeded the number of log in attempts allowed. To access your accounts, click the Reset Password button below and reset your password in four easy steps."
Can you please advise on what method I could use to unlock my account, given the geographical situation?

Thanks for checking in with us, Edgar! Sorry to hear about any difficulties but we'll be glad to help with your online account.
Since you`ve tried logging in to your online account three times with no luck, don`t worry! Feel free to contact us from outside the United States via phone at 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. For your convenience, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The US country code is 1-011. During your call, we'll be able to reset your online account and provide any new login credentials as needed.
We hope this will help, Edgar and we look forward to talking with you soon!
