I have a Business Money Market account and I am trying to set up on line banking. The account is not new (though a week ago the signatories were changed) and does not have an ATM or Debit card. I do not expect to receive one. The set-up process will not continue without one. What should I do?

Thanks for writing in, Paula! We're sure that we can get you started in the right direction for online banking.
If you're interested in beginning an online account using TD Bank BusinessDirect found here: http://bit.ly/1bEQmZW, you're welcome to do so. If you don’t have a Visa Debit card for your business account, don't worry. To begin using this service, feel free to stop in at any TD Bank Store, where they'll also be able to set you up. If you click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores, you can find the TD Bank Store and lobby hours nearest you.
Please keep in mind that if there are two or more signers on your business account, the individual who visits the Store will become the online account administrator and will provide access to the remaining signers/users. We recommend that the signer who prefers to be the online administrator visit the Store, to ensure that your online account is established as expected.
During your visit, you'll also be able to obtain an ATM or Debit Card for the account, if it's your preference, although not necessary.
Hope this helps, Paula and enjoy the rest of your weekend!
