I am trying to sign into my account and keep being redirected to the sign in page. Sometimes I get in and get the prompt if I want to start automatic pay, other times I get in and can see my accounts but when I click on and link on a page I am again redirected to the sign in page. I have also tried multiple ways to contact online and keep getting the link that the survey no longer exist because you have updated but does not explain where the new help section is located. I just want to look at my account so I can pay my bills. How can I actually sign into my account the first time I put in my username and password?

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble signing in and using our web page, Lauren. We'd be glad to offer some solutions. We'd like to share that our website, www.tdbank.com, is compatible with the newest versions of most popular browsers. Typically, the issues you've described are caused by a browser issue. If you are not using the newest version of your browser, we recommend making this update. After the update, we also recommend to remove temporary files such as your cookies and cache. In addition to removing temporary files, you can also disable and plug ins or themes as this also sometimes resolves browser issues. If the trouble persists, we encourage you to reach out to our Tech Support Specialists. They're available 24/7 by dialing 800-493-7562 and they would be glad to troubleshoot this on your behalf! We hope this helps, Lauren, and have a wonderful afternoon.
