Good morning, Joe and thanks for connecting with us here on TD Helps! We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with online transfers and would be glad to offer some suggestions.
Generally speaking, there're multiple reasons which may cause errors when transferring funds between your TD accounts online. For example, any of these could apply: the status of one of your accounts is not active, the amount you entered exceeded the available balance, or the Savings account you're trying to transfer funds into is a Passbook Savings account, in addition to other possible errors.
If you still haven't been able to complete your transfer, we recommend contacting our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and they will be happy to assist you upon account verification. They should be able to help you with making this transfer and also determine why the transfer was rejected. Or, you may also stop by any of the TD Store locations during lobby hours in your area for additional assistance. To find TD Store locations near you, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Let us know if you have any other questions. We hope you have a nice day!
