Hello, I am currently in Switzerland, and my TD Card doesn't seem to work to withdraw money from ATM machines.
The ATM Machines have the CrossPlus compatibility, and when I actually enter the amount I wish to withdraw, it says that there is 0.00CHF, an error message and extracts the card.
I really need to get this sorted out As soon as possible. I do not have access to a phone in the next 50 days.
Please let me know how I can get this fixed.

Hi Steven! We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble using your debit card in Switzerland.
There can be any number of reasons why a debit card would decline. We'd be happy to take a look at your account and see what's going on.
If you have access to a land line, you can call us collect by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. For your convenience, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You also have the option of sending us a secure message through your online banking. To send a secure message, visit www.tdbank.com and logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can also do this by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
We look forward to talking with you soon and helping to get this resolved!
