I'm from Ukraine and a few month ago i received a new debit card by mail, but i can't activate it in any ways. I tried activating it by calling but it says they don't have my security information. Than i tride activating it by ATM but it says they don't have information about card (ATM was not a TD bank). How can i activate card maybe in another way?

If you do not have a Social Security Number on file for the account, you may experience difficulty activating your card and need live Customer Service.
As this is pertaining to your account specifically, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. For your convenience, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To contact us from any country outside the United States, please first dial 011 and then follow by the numbers provided above.
