Tried to purchase an item but was unable to do so; not sure what is the issue but it is also a joint account and neither cards are working. Need assistance asap.

There are a variety of reasons why a debit card declines a transaction. To determine what is causing the acceptance issue for your account, we encourage you to reach out to a Banking Specialist.
Our Banking Specialists are available over the phone by dialing 011-856-751-9000 (215-569-0518 collect from any land line telephone) or via secure message. To send a secure message using Online Banking, please sign in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq and select 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center' on the left hand side of the page. For Mobile Banking, select the option to 'Contact Us' followed by 'Send a secure message' after signing in.
During your call or upon receiving your message, a Specialist will review your account and help determine reasoning for your recently declined items.
