I just opened an account at the bank and they helped my husband and I to set up an online account so we can check our balance. I just tried to use that tool, it didn't work! It says it's not a valid login. I tried many times and different options such as putting the end of my social security but they say they can't find me whiten the system. How long does it take so I can see my information online? Is there anything wrong?
