My card is blocked and i've tried numerous times to call and nothing goes through. I'm stuck in another country and I need to be able to use my debit card so I can move forward in my trip.. How can I contact TD bank personally through here without calling so I can get my card un blocked?

Hi Nicolas, it's so great to have you reach out to us today.
Please understand, here at TD Bank, we monitor customer debit cards for your account security. As you mentioned that you're outside of the United States, it's possible that this could result in a block.
Since you experienced a recent decline while attempting to use your card abroad, we recommend that you give us a call. You can call us collect from outside the U.S. and Canada via a landline 24/7 at 1-215-569-0518 or by calling 1-856-751-9000.
If your account is enrolled in Online Banking, you're also able to send a Secured Message regarding your debit card to one of our Banking Specialists, who can assist you via message. Please log in at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, click the Customer Service tab and use the Send a Message link with your request. Please note that we would like to assist you directly here; however, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
As you mentioned that you're traveling, if you have not already done so we also advise you to provide us with your travel dates and destinations when you call or include them in your message so that we may ensure your card will work as you expect during the rest of your trip. You're also welcome to view our tips for overseas travel at http://bit.ly/1gDrDYu.
