Using mobile deposit on iphone 5. Won't deposit. Tells me won't process please retake picture and try again (many times). I have used the app before with no problems. Could a security feature on check be preventing or is it the app?

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble making a Mobile Deposit, Kathy. We'd be glad to help.
We ask that you use the most recent version of the Operating System for your phone, as well as the most recent version of the TD Bank App. If either of these is out-of-date, please download a new version; any outdated version may prevent you from using all the available features. It may also be a good idea to remove the app and then reinstall it. If you reinstall the TD Mobile App and it asks for permission to use your camera, please allow this access.
Please know that if you are trying to deposit a money order, they are notoriously difficult to deposit as they are printed. We recommend making money order deposits at an ATM or with a Teller. Similarly, taking a photo of your check against a dark background is preferred.
