Hello, I've recently created a checkings account and was told to create an online account. I am in the process of registering and it says that "Authentication Fail" and suggests that I may have already created an account with the same information. After several more tries it says the information I provided was incorrect and that I have reached the maximum limit to enroll in Online Banking. May someone please help me, thank you.

Hi, Suhaibit and thanks for connecting with us through TD Helps! We apologize you had trouble signing up for TD Bank Online but we're glad to help you today.
As you mentioned that you've tried to enroll your account in online banking and reached the limit for the number of attempts you can make, we'd be happy to correct this for you by phone. You're welcome to call one of our Banking Specialists anytime it's convenient for you 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, we would be happy to help with setting this up for you! If you prefer, you can also visit a TD Bank Store during lobby hours, and for the location nearest you, please see: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps you get your account up and running soon, Suhaibit and enjoy the rest of your day.
