Thanks for joining us here on TD Helps, Lindsay.
If you have requested a TD debit card recently via telephone or online, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. If your new debit card has not been delivered within this approximate time frame or you need one as soon as possible, you may certainly obtain one by visiting any of your local TD Bank Store during normal lobby hours with your valid photo ID. To find out TD Store locations and hours near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. All TD Bank Stores have an instant issue machine where you may obtain a new card seven days a week while you wait. You will walk out with a new card in your hand! Once at the Store, please also ask the Store representative to close it since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive at the Store.
We'd also like to inform you that you can still enroll for online banking without your debit card number. Simply call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and a Banking Specialist can enroll your account for you over the phone upon proper account verification.
If you have a business account with us and prefer to enroll in TD Bank BusinessDirect but don’t have a debit card available yet, we'll be glad to assist you at any TD Bank Store location during normal lobby hours.
If you have other question, please do not hesitate to come back, Lindsay. Have a wonderful afternoon!

Good morning and thank you for connecting with us on TD Helps today, Girija. We're glad to answer your question.
If you look at the back of your TD card, you should see the last four digits of your card number followed by a special 3-digit code. This 3-digit code is your CVV2 number, or Card Security Code.
If you have additional question, please feel free to contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. If you are unable to read this code, you may visit your local TD Bank store for further assistance. To find out TD store locations near you, please visit: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
Let us know if you have any other questions. We hope you have a nice day!

Not only will one of our Specialists be happy to close your misplaced debit card for you, but they may also have a new card ordered for your card. Similarly, you may also make your request for a new debit card by sending us a secure message.

When requesting your debit card to be mailed, typically, you should receive your card within 7-10 business days, but please know that this can vary depending on your postal service.
If you need a card sooner, we'd like to invite you to visit your nearest TD Store location to speak with a Customer Service Representative. Here at TD Bank, all of our Store locations have instant issue machines, and will have the ability to print you a debit card on the spot.
