I get this message:
"Sorry, we are unable to process your application at this time.
The information provided is incorrect.
You have exceeded the maximum number of attempts to enroll in Online Banking. Please call Customer Service at 1-800-493-7562 to be assisted with your application. [-1000]."

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble signing up for Online Banking, Kim. We'd be happy to point you in the right direction.
The message you've received when trying to enroll is actually a security feature. After three attempts to sign up, Online Banking will no longer allow you to enroll without contacting us. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
In order to sign up for Online Banking, we ask that you contact us 24/7 by dialing the number included in the message you've received or by dialing 888-751-9000. Regardless of the number you choose, our Representatives will be glad to help you sign up!
