As you may know, TD Bank is currently performing an upgrade to our Personal Online Banking, which began today, Saturday, February 10th, and will conclude tomorrow evening, Sunday, February 11th. It sounds as though you may be receiving an error due to our current upgrade; however, as you mentioned that you experience this error frequently when outside of the United States, you're more than welcome to connect with us directly so that we may help.
