Based on the information you have provided us with, it sounds as if you are having trouble using your Debit Card. So that we may properly assist you with your concerns, we ask that you connect with us directly. Please understand that TD Helps is not considered a secure forum, and because of this, we do not have access to your personal information.
The first way you may connect with us is by calling and speaking with a Banking Specialist. For your convenience, they are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached at 1-888-751-9000. As always, you're also more than welcome to visit a TD Store location to speak with a Customer Service Representative. If you currently still have access to your Online Banking, you may also send us a Secure Message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
