I deposited a cheque via online deposit through the TD App, and it gave me a message saying I had an available balance of $600 whilst the other part of the deposit would be held. I was able to send money to my sister through TD but when I make an order it either, doesn't even go through AT ALL, or it will go through but isn't showing a money leaving the bank for those orders. (Spotify and Amazon accepted order but no money taken from bank- Vans website would not even let me make an order with same banking information). So, all-in-all i'm just curious if more than the amount stated from the start is being held or something. Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out to us today, Alex.
We'd like to take a look at your account with us at TD Bank to confirm if there are any additional holds on your deposit. As TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we do not have access to specific account information. Please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. We can take a look at your declined transactions and recent deposit for additional info that will help in determining what's occurring to cause your transactions to decline.
We can see that you're writing in from Winnipeg. If this is in regard to an account you hold with TD Canada Trust, we'd like to get you in touch with our friends in Canada. To speak with a representative at TD Canada Trust directly, please call their 24/7 Customer Service line at 866-222-3456. We also want to provide you with a link to all of TD Canada Trust's contact info. You can find that by clicking here: https://go.td.com/2tp27BR.
We're certain they'll be able to provide you info about your deposit and declined transactions.
We look forward to hearing from you soon and helping to get this resolved. Take care, Alex.
