Thanks for joining us tonight on TD Helps, Andrea. We'd be happy to shed some light on the situation.
After your TD Auto Loan is paid off, it can take 30-90 days in order for it to reflect as closed on your credit report. If it is outside of this span of time, we recommend contacting us directly for assistance. You can do so 24/7 by dialing 800-937-5020 to speak with our Financial Solutions Group or you may visit a TD Store during lobby hours. For Store hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If the Auto Loan is through TD Auto Finance, you may contact a TD Auto Finance Representative Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 10:00PM and Saturday 8:00AM to 7:00PM at 1-800-556-8172 for more information.
We hope this helps, Andrea and have a great night!
