I payoff my car loan Nov. 2015, but have not received the title yet. I already searched the previous answers and they were very helpful. However, the problem is that I do not stay in the States anymore and my friend is able to take care of the remaining process. Since I cannot make a phone call to 800 number, I was wondering if you provide any services through email. Please give me the best idea what the easiest way to solve the car title issue. Thanks much!

If your auto loan was with TD Bank, you may reach us from outside the United States at 1-856-751-9000 or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. If you're referring to a loan you had with TD Auto Finance, you may reach them at 800-556-8172 Monday through Friday 8am to 10pm and Saturday 8am to 7pm ET.
