Not living in the US anymore, card doesn't work. I have been trying to talk to someone for the past week- I have money in this account and can't access it. Please help asap.

The quickest and most convenient way to reach a Customer Service Representative would be to send a Secure Message using your Online Banking. If you currently have internet access, and you are enrolled in Online Banking, you can submit Secure Message about your concerns so that a Specialists may further assist you. To send a secure message, you can log in to your online account by clicking here https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. You may click the Customer Service tab and on the left-hand side, where you should see an option to Send a Message located in the "Message Center".
If you are not enrolled for Online Banking, you can do so for free here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number and e-mail address. Once you have successfully enrolled, you will have immediate access to your account(s), and will be able to send a Secure Message.
