I old debet card expired, and my wife did not notice that when she deposited money into my checking on the ATM .My balance still does not show the deposit after days, and I am not in US right now. what should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties with your debit card. We'll be sure to help.
If your wife is currently not a signer on your debit card, we would need to speak with you directly. As you mentioned you are currently abroad, you may contact us directly by dialing 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. Once connected, we will be happy to view your account further in regard to your recent deposit.
You may also send us a secured message from your online banking, to inquire further about your deposit. If you are not currently enrolled for our Online Banking, you must first be enrolled. You can do so by visiting here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security Number, your TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your account number and your email address. Once logged on, to send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see and option to 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center'. Our response time is generally 24 hours; however we strive to reply to your request sooner. If you happen to need a new debit card sent to your current address, you may request a debit card through secured message.
If your wife is a signer on your account and you have trouble reaching us from abroad, she may contact us directly at 888-751-9000 as we are available 24/7 to also inquire about your recent deposit.
