HI! for some reason in the past months I have lost or had my card stolen multiple times. I'm just worried that if I ever lose my card again I will be refused a new one. is there a limit to the amount of times a customer can misplace their card?

Hi Cheyenne. We appreciate your stopping by TD Helps!
We understand that accidents happen and debit cards are lost. We also know that unfortunate situations can arise when a debit card can be stolen. We want to assure you that we're always here to help.
Generally speaking, we do not have a limit of debit cards we can provide. If you're debit card is frequently stolen, as you've stated, we may want to discuss other options for you to ensure the continued security of your account.
We'd be happy to discuss all of your options with you. Just give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop in to see us at any of our Stores. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
As we see you're writing in to us from Pickering, we want to also provide you contact info for TD Canada Trust, in case your account is actually with them, rather than here at TD Bank in the U.S.
You can start by posing your question to our friends at TD Helps in Canada, by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1QBOF4U. If you'd like to speak with a representative at TD Canada Trust directly, you can call their 24/7 Customer Service line at 866-222-3456. We also want to provide you with a link to all of TD Canada Trust's contact info. You can find that by clicking here: https://go.td.com/2tp27BR.
We're certain they'll be able to offer you advice with regard to your debit card.
If you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We hope you have a great weekend, Cheyenne!
