I have a prepaid Visa giftcard that currently has $97.02 on it. I have now attempted to use it on two separate transactions, one through paypal and the other through EA's "Origin" system and each transaction was declined. Both services were unable to verify the card, even though I went through the steps listed on the card to properly set it up. I have made sure I am typing all my information in correctly, and I have more than enough credit on the card to be able to make these purchases (I've checked my balance through the TDbank webpage), so I see no reason for the card to decline like this. How do I fix this so I can use my money again?
