My card isn't working although there is money in the account tried at least a dozen times for varous transactions

As TD Bank currently offers multiple types of cards, we will provide all the contact information for each type of card, so you may reach out to the appropriate department for assistance. Please also understand that we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
If the card you have is a TD ATM debit card, please feel free to contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. They'll be more than happy to help upon account verification.
If you are referring to a TD Visa Gift Card, please call TD Gift Card at 888-294-2249 to speak with a Specialist and they are available 24/7 and they can also answer any questions you have about your Gift Card. How do I speak to someone about getting my car fixed? I have no phone overseas

If you're also having trouble using your debit card overseas and are unable to contact us by phone, you can reach us by secure message through your Online or Mobile Banking. To send a secure message, log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. Please provide us details of what's happened and we'd be happy to help. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
If you are able to gain access to a phone, you can call us from outside of the United States 24/7 using country code 011 at 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
