Can I replace my old td debit card with the new one that has the chip technology? If so, is there a fee?

Happy Saturday, Michelle, and welcome to TD Helps this afternoon!
Here at TD Bank, we're happy to offer our Customers with chip enabled debit cards, and if you have not yet received one for your account, you're more than welcome to connect with us, and we'll be happy to have one created for you, free of charge!
We'd first like to invite you to visit your nearest TD Store location to speak with a Customer Service Representative, during lobby hours, in regard to receiving a chip enabled debit card. By doing so, one of our Representatives will be happy to have a debit card printed for you on the spot! You'll leave with a card in your hand that same day. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you're unable to visit a Store location, that's okay, as you may also connect with one of our Banking Specialist over the phone or by secure message. To reach a Banking Specialist over the phone, simply dial 1-888-751-9000, 24/7, and to send a secure message you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, towards the right hand side of your screen, you should see a 'Your Secure Messages' section. To send a message, simply click 'Send us a secure message.'
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
Should you decide to send us a secure message with your request, please be sure to include your address in your request, as we may need to verify this information with you before submitting your request.
We look forward to hearing from you soon, Michelle, and assisting you with your debit card!
Thanks again for stopping by, and please take care.
