Hi, so when I went to one of the machines, they took my bank card. Is there a way to get it back?

Thank you so much for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Yan. We're sorry to hear about the loss of your card.
In this case, a new TD Debit Card will need to be issued; we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
To obtain a new TD Debit Card, we ask that you visit your local TD Store for further assistance. With our Instant Issue machines, you can leave that day with a new card in hand! If you do not need a card immediately, you can call us at 888-751-9000. We are available 24/7 and would be happy to request a new card. You should then expect to receive your card via mail within 7-10 business days in a regular with envelope.
Additionally, our Specialists at any TD Store and via telephone would be happy to review your account and provide assistance as to why this happened to your TD Debit Card.
If you are not a TD Customer and this happened to your debit card, we recommend connecting with your Financial Institution for further assistance.
