My card keeps getting declined although I have the money in my account...

If this is a TD Visa debit card, please dial 888-751-9000 and for TD Visa credit card, please dial 888-561-8861. Both numbers are available 24/7. You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store location, during lobby hours for assistance. To find out the nearest TD Store locations and hours, please visit: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you are enrolled for online banking and you prefer, you may also send us a Secure Message so that we can review your card further. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
