Thanks for joining us here at TD Helps, Gerald. We'd be happy to help provide some information.
If you have old checks without the TD Bank logo, you may still be able to present them; however, it would be at the payee's discretion if they would like to honor the payment. Since some routing numbers may have changed, it is possible for the old checks to be declined if the payee attempts to convert the payment into an electronic transaction. For these reasons we recommend obtaining new checks to ensure proper processing.
If you have never ordered checks with TD Bank before please call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Please note, after your order is placed, checks typically take 7-10 business days to arrive to your address on file.
Or, if you have a personal Checking account with us and already use the TD Bank Online Banking service, you can order new checks right through our site by following the steps below:
• Log into Online Banking by clicking: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq • Click on the ''Customer Service tab'' • Under ''Self Service'' section click on ''Order Checks''
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking and would like to take advantage of this service for you personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you need assistance, please call us at the number listed above.
We hope this helps and please let us know if you have any other questions. Gerald.
