Welcome to TD Helps, Zhihao. We'd be glad to discuss.
You are able to use your TD debit card to cash advance funds from your account. To learn more about these limits please visit here: https://go.td.com/1kb17UQ (pages 46-47).
If you ever need to raise a limit for your debit card, feel free to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, visit a TD Store or send a secure message.
To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
Keep in mind that permanent limit increases must be completed at a TD Store.
We hope this helps, Zhihao. Have a good day.
