Thanks for stopping by TD Helps, Nikki. We appreciate your visit and would be glad to help.
You'll be glad to know that both Customers and non-Customers can get a cash advance at TD Bank! To do so, you're welcome to use a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Credit, Debit or Prepaid Card for this service. We apologize that we're unable to accept American Express Cards in our Stores for over-the-counter cash advances.
To get more details about this process, including the Cash Advance available amount on your card, we first recommend reaching out to your card issuer to determine the availability. We also recommend confirming if any restrictions and/or fees may apply.
If your card issuer does allow this service, please know that you may visit any TD Bank Store for this request from any Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card up to $5000 per day per card. We apologize; however, we currently do not accept American Express Cards in our Stores for over the counter Cash Advances. American Express cardholders with a Personal Identification Number (PIN) can still process a Cash Advance by accessing one of our ATMs. For TD Store and ATM locations please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
When visiting us, your physical card must be present to process an advance as well as having a valid photo ID with you (Driver's License, Passport, State-Issued ID, etc).
Hope this was helpful information, Nikki. Have a great day!
