Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Pat. We'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
Based on your question, it sounds like you have TD Debit Card Advance, our discretionary overdraft service, and you'd like to deactivate it. If that's so, you may give us a call, 24/7, at 888-751-9000, visit us at any TD Bank location during lobby hours, or opt out of the service through online banking. Click here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find a TD Bank near you. Choose which ever method is most convenient to you!
If you choose to turn off TD Debit Card Advance through online banking, please sign into your account, select the Customer Service tab and click on "Enroll in TD Debit Card Advance." Even though your account(s) are enrolled in the service, this will give you the option to deactivate it.
We hope this helps, Pat. Please enjoy your weekend, and happy holidays.
Customer Service Team, Mount Laurel
