Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Ted. We'd be glad to help.
As a TD Customer, you are able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours to complete a currency exchange. We recommend reaching out to your local TD to determine if the denomination you need is available.
To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope to see you soon, Ted. Have a good day.

Is Cash for Coins is only for TD Bank Customers/account holders? Can a non-customer use the cash for coins facility?

Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Rajan. We'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
After extensive consideration, we made the difficult decision to retire our Penny Arcade coin counting machines as we were concerned that we couldn't ensure a consistently great experience. We will gladly accept pre-rolled coins for deposit from our customers and offer free coin wrappers at your local TD Store. For TD locations near you, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this helps, Rajan, and please enjoy the rest of your day. Happy holidays!
