If I need a cashiers check from my business account who should our check be written out to The payee or TD bank? Can I just submit a form to the bank signed by an authorized signer stating who the cashiers check should be written to and have it deducted from our account

Good afternoon, Cyndi and welcome to TD Helps! We're more than happy to provide some info about our Official Checks for you.
Our Customers are able to purchase Official Checks with cash, or via withdrawal from your account. This can be completed at any of our Stores in either the lobby or drive-thru. You're welcome to visit http://bit.ly/TDStores to find your closest TD Bank Store.
Typically, an Official Check is made payable to your payee, and please keep in mind that official checks cannot be made payable to "Cash." We'd recommend reviewing your payee's requirements prior to your visit to the Store to ensure you're aware of the correct name that should be printed on the check.
Additionally, please note that an authorized signer for a business may purchase an official check only on behalf of the business. Fees may also apply for this purchase depending on your account type, and please review our current Fee Schedule at http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for further information.
We hope we helped answer your questions today, Cyndi! Take care and have a wonderful day.
