My husband is currently incarcerated, he received check from the department of treasury and wants me to deposit it into his TD account. My question is, will I be able to deposit the check without his signature?

Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Williesha. We'd be glad to help.
There are several ways for you to make deposits into a TD Bank account. One way you could make a deposit would be by visiting a TD Bank location with the deposit and the account number. Another way to make a deposit would be to make a check payable to the individual and write “for deposit only” with the account number on the back of the check.
Regardless of the option you choose, the deposit can be processed with a Teller in the lobby or drive-thru at any TD Bank location. Check out http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank location near you.
We hope this helps and have a great day!
