When you close out a CD at this bank, are you supposed to get charged for the bank check given to you for your payout?

Good to see you on TD Helps, Brittany! We'll be glad to answer any questions you may have regarding your CD. To close your CD, we ask that you stop by your local TD Bank during lobby hours with a valid I.D (I.E. State license, State issue I.D, Passport, etc...). Just let a Representative know you are closing out a CD and they will be able to help you. Click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc to find a TD Bank near you. There may be a penalty if you are requesting to close your CD before its maturity date. You will have a 10 calendar day grace period from your CD maturity date to renew, change terms, or close your CD without penalty. Please take a look here for more details: http://bit.ly/1qAWAk0. We hope this information is useful and feel free to come by any time you have a question, Ana! Take care and have a good one.

That actually didn't answer my question at all. I know what I have to do to close a CD, and I know there are penalties if it isn't matured. My question was, does TD charge the customer for the bank check for their payout. If I had $50,000 in a CD, it's matured, and I want to close it out, obviously I'm not going to want cash. Will I be charged for the bank check used to give me my payout?
