I opened a CD online but forgot to enter information for funds to transfer into it from my TD bank account. Do I have to got into the bank in person to deposit funds into this CD or can I do it over the phone? Web banking will not let me do a transfer into the CD

It sounds like you currently have a TD Checking account and recently opened a CD with TD Bank. If so, we'd be happy to help provide options on how to transfer funds from your TD Checking account to your TD CD.
The easiest and fastest option is to utilize the "Transfer" feature via your TD Online banking. To transfer funds online, you must first be enrolled for Online Banking. To use the self-service feature please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You must have your account number, ATM/Debit card number, Social Security number and email address.
Once you're enrolled for Online Banking and logged in, to transfer between any of your TD accounts, please click on the "Transfer" tab. This screen will allow you to choose which account you'd like to transfer to and from and enter in the amount of the transfer. With this feature you'll be able to either complete an immediate transfer or schedule a recurring transfer. If you are unable to view an account online, please contact us and we will be sure to help!
