We need to pay a vendor via certified check. We currently use eTreasury for our banking needs. Is it really as simple as going to our local branch and requesting a certified check on our business account? Does the $8 fee apply to business accounts as well?

Thanks for reaching out to us, Andrea!
That's right! It's as easy as stopping in to see us at any local TD Bank Store. Our Store Representatives would be happy to issue you an Official Check on the spot.
There is a fee of $8 charged for the purchase of an Official Check, but with some of our accounts, both business and personal, that fee is waived as a benefit of that particular account types. We'd be happy to review your account type to confirm if you are already in one that enjoys this benefit. As TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we do not have access to specific account information to confirm this for you, but please give our Small Business Banking Team a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562, option 2. Our Stores can also provide you this info by phone or when you come in to purchase your Official Check. We look forward to seeing you soon, Andrea! Take care.
