When a certified bank check is cancelled by the account holder, is the 90 day return policy 90 business days or 90 days in general?

Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps, Stephanie. We'd be glad to clarify.
You are able to place a stop payment on an Official Check 90 calendar days from the original issue date if it is lost, stolen or destroyed.
To place the stop payment, please visit us at your TD Bank Store and you can find your location and hours here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. You'll need the official check number, the amount, payee and date of issue so that we can find out more for you, which should be available on your receipt. If you do not have your receipt handy, we ask that you visit the TD Store in which you originally purchased your Official Check for assistance.
We hope this clears things up, Stephanie and have a good day.
