Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps! We'd be glad to help you update your address.
You are able to change your address online by signing in to your online account. To access Online Banking, please visit here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq.
Once you're signed in, please follow the steps below:
-Select the "Customer Service" tab
-Beneath "Update Profile and Preferences," select "Contact Info"
-Select the accounts you'd like to update and fill in your new address
-Once complete, select "Send"
Once your address information is sent, please know that it may take up to 3-5 business days to be completed. Keep in mind that each signer on your account will need to log in to update their address.
While you're logged in, you are able to update your account so that you receive paperless statements. To do so please follow the steps below:
-Please click on the “Customer Service” tab
-Select the “Online Statement Settings” link which is located under the self-service portion (it will be the sixth link down) or in the "Help & Related Tasks" box (which is located on the left side of the page).
-Please select the account(s) you would like to enroll for Online Statements. Make sure the email address on file is correct.
-You will then be asked to read the “Online (Paperless) Statement Customer Agreement” and the “Hardware and Software Requirements”. Once you have opened and reviewed the 2 documents needed, please check mark the two boxes and select “Save Changes.”

We sold XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX house on 8/26/16. After that ,moved to XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX . Please , mail my statements to new address . thanks...my account : XXXXXXXX

Please know that you are able to take a look at the steps mentioned above to update your address.
If you have any trouble doing so, you are able to call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or send us a secure message for assistance. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
