I just moved and have a new address

We appreciate you coming to TD Helps for assistance with updating your address!
You have a couple different options available to you when looking to update this information, and we'll be happy to provide you with all your options so that you may choose the one that is most convenient for you.
The first and most convenient way you are able to change your address is to log directly into your Online Banking, which you can do from here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. If you haven't yet signed up for Online Banking, don't worry! You can start the enrollment process here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. To fully enroll, you will need your account number, debit card number, a valid email address, and your Social Security Number.
Once you're able to access your account, to change your address, you'll first want to select the 'Customer Service' tab. Then, under 'Update Profile and Preferences', click on the blue hyperlink that reads 'Contact Info', where you will be able to change information such as your address, phone number, and even your email. After selecting the accounts you would like your new address to be reflected on, click 'Send', and you're all done! Generally speaking, your address will be updated within 3-5 business days.
