There are a few ways your mom can change her address. One way would be for her to contact us at 888-751-9000, 24/7. After account verification, we would be glad to update her address. She can also visit a local TD Store, during lobby hours, to complete this request. To locate the nearest Store please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Another option would be to mail in a request to update her address. Have her mail the request to:

Please make sure that she properly identifies her name and account number (and Business name if applicable), and she includes her signature.
If her account has been opened for at least 30 days and she have been utilizing our TD Online Banking for 30 days, she can log into her account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq (or here if she's a BusinessDirect Customer: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8). Once she's logged in, have her go to the Customer Service tab on the top right. Under the Self Service heading, choose the option to "Change Address, Phone, Email Address." Here she can update and save her new address.
If she's looking to change her address on a TD Bank Credit Card, it can be changed by calling a TD Card Services Specialist at 888-561-8861, by stopping into any TD Bank Store, or by logging into http://bit.ly/1lVKil9. After logging in she will need to click on "Services" and then choose the option to "Manage Credit Card." There she'll see an option to "Update Address and Phone Number."
If she's looking to change the address for a Personal Loan, Home Equity Loan (HELOC), or Line of Credit, we recommend that she stops in a TD Bank Store or she speaks with a Financial Solutions Group Specialist at 800-937-5020. A Change of Address form may be necessary before completing this request.
