Hi Joseph! Thanks for visiting us at TD Helps today.
Its quick and easy to update your username and password through your online banking and we'd be happy to provide you with instructions.
To start, log into your online banking by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq and then select the 'Customer Service' tab. In the first group under the 'Self Service' tab, you'll see hyperlinks for your username and password. Just select 'Username' and you'll be taken to a screen where you'll need to enter your new username twice. Once you've entered everything in, just click 'Submit' and you'll be all set! If you'd like to update your password as well, just return to the 'Customer Service' tab, but this time select 'Password'. On the next screen, enter your current password followed by your new one, twice. Now click 'Submit' and your change is immediately effective!
